The Founding Initiative
Palestinian Audiovisual Archive
The founding initiative of SITTI Foundation, this project documents traditional songs, prayers, and oral histories carried by Palestinian women elders. Through recordings and visual documentation, the archive preserves cultural memory that might otherwise be lost. Over time, this work will serve as a model for similar preservation efforts in communities around the world.
Intergenerational Connection Through Song
Sitti Choirs
The Sitti Choirs bring together grandmothers, mothers, youth, and children through collective singing and cultural exchange. These intergenerational choirs create spaces where traditions are shared across generations while strengthening community connection.
